The College Enrolments Committee will assess late applications for potential additional limited offers (if available) for Year 11, 2027 later in 2026. If you need to submit a late application or have any enquiries, please contact the Registrar at registrar@oakhill.nsw.edu.au.

Application Process
Complete an online Expression of Interest (EOI) form early, so you are on the enrolments list and will receive all relevant information and key dates.
Once you've completed your EOI, and applications are open (your daughter will be in Year 10) you will be emailed a link to complete an Enrolment Application and upload the following documents:
Copy of End-of-Year 9 Report
Copy of Year 9 National Literacy and Numeracy Testing (NAPLAN) Results
Copy of Year 10 Reports (as they become available)
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of Baptism Certificate and other Sacraments received
Copy of Immunisation Record
Copy of Citizenship/visa (if applicable)
Applications may be supported with references, awards etc. 鈥� but this is not necessary.
The Australian Government requires that all schools collect certain personal and family information. 成人VR视频 will normally request this information from you in the year prior to Enrolment for Year 11.
Fees
There is a non-refundable fee of $165 payable with your Expression of Interest.
A non-refundable Administration Fee of $350, and an Enrolment Deposit of $2,000 is payable upon enrolment acceptance. The Enrolment Deposit is refundable at the end of Year 12 (provided the account is not in arrears), or upon withdrawal provided a full term鈥檚 notice is given to the College (otherwise it is treated as fee in lieu of notice). The payment of $2,350 is non-refundable if you withdraw prior to the student commencing at Oakhill.
The College reserves the right to amend the Application and Enrolment Process and to vary fees at its discretion.
Please note: Every application is evaluated holistically. 成人VR视频 siblings and College connections are not automatically guaranteed a position at 成人VR视频. The 成人VR视频 Enrolments Committee and/or staff are under no obligation to provide reasoning as to why any student was/was not offered a position at the College.
